A Silver Basin,
Filled
With Shining Waters.
Come to me,
Sings the Water Softly,
When you're all stained with grime and sorrow.

What would you choose to make a film about?

Posted on May 10th, 2008 by Kundan : The Golden One Kundan
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 10, 2008:

I would make a film about my direct experience of truth which I experienced during the weekend of April 18th to April 22nd, which was the best, most incredible and wonderful experience of my life.

The film will also talk about the amazing miracles in my life in the past three months.
I shall post about this experience here on Gaia at some point in time.

I may also make another film about other people's experience with truth.

My Direct Experience of Truth

Posted on May 15th, 2008 by Kundan : The Golden One Kundan
During the weekend of April 18th-22nd, I had what some would call a direct experience of truth, and I knew myself to be love itself.
I am Love - this was the recognition I had.
I became so present that I had the best shower of my life, and the food was the most delicious.
Everything was so beautiful that I was kissing not only the flowers but even the concrete and the chair and the food.
I kissed the hands of a few people too, and they were so moved by it - I don't think they had ever been kissed quite like that. My hugs were also deeper and more loving than usual.
Eventually I was so full of love that I did not even need to eat nor sleep anymore.
Somebody even made a joke - "Can I have some of that food?"
I felt like - "Yes, you can have all of it."
And I suddenly understood what they say in spiritual books:
"I have so much that I can give some of it away."
I suddenly understood that this was not about earning money on the outside and giving it away.
This was about being filled from the inside and giving it away.

And I became a tree-hugger, and it seemed like I was hugging myself, and at the same time, it sometimes felt like the tree hugged me back - this is how the filter of the mind interpreted it, but really, it was all one big flow...

On the final day of the retreat, I spoke on stage about my experience and before I spoke, I breathed deeply and stretched out my arms, because the energy of Love was just so great that I just had to stretch...Later on the wife of the retreat leader said that when I stretched out my arms like that, she suddenly had a vision of great big condor flying and soaring effortlessly in the air. She said, "Perhaps, from now on, your life will be of effortless manisfestation."

She was absolutely right.

More on that in my next blog where I will talk about the amazing miracles in my life in the past three months, especially the past two weeks.

What are you drawn to in others?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 16, 2008:

The people who sincerely call each other love, sweetie, hon, honey....sweet pea...

The people who hold hands, cuddle, kiss and hug with each other, and see it as nothing romantic,....just affection, just love,....just pure love.

Effortless Manisfestation - A Miracle in the Past Two Weeks

Posted on May 17th, 2008 by Kundan : The Golden One Kundan
About two weeks, ago, On May 4th, I unexpectedly received a job offer out of the blue, when I was not even looking for one. This was perfectly in line with what was happenning for me and through me in the past three months - I had been guided to quit my job, create and teach a class called "Transformation, Being the Change and The Future of Love." While I have not done that yet, the job offer confirms yet again that I ought to create and teach this class, especially since the synchronicity of it is amazing.

The job is to teach meditation at the Ajasrika Wellness Center in Orange.
The amazing thing is - she and her friends are doing most of the marketing/advertising for the class such as making fliers and putting it in the Orange Review. One of her clients, who is also my dear intimate friend, who in fact, introduced me to her, is picking me up every week, so that I can teach the class. This is amazing! I don't even have to do a single thing. All I really have to do is show up and teach!

The person who gave me this job - her story is similar to mine - she too quit her own job, took a leap of faith to pursue her dreams and now runs this Wellness Center.

What wonderful synchronicity!

The Future of Love

Posted on May 17th, 2008 by Kundan : The Golden One Kundan
Sometimes, the words in a book have a deeper meaning for me when I come back to it years later, as I myself have grown.
This is how I felt when I read the following words on a beautiful Sunday afternoon at the Vege Grill from The Future of Love by Daphne Rose Kingma:

"The soul keeps carrying us to love. At the soul level, the pain we feel about all the ruptures in our relationships isn't the pain of injustice or incomplete revenge: it is the pain of wanting to love and having that impulse cut off, cut short. It is the pain of having the longing to love with no place to put it, no one to deliver it to, no form, no vehicle for its expression."

I was like, "Oh my God! That is so true! It's like we've focused so much of our love and energy on this one person that when she is gone, it seems, for a moment, that there is nowhere else to place that love. This is why I am so glad I now have a large support network of people, family, friends, intimate friends, mentors, colleagues, partners, fellow light-workers, trees, flowers, chairs, tables, paper, concrete, myself, birds, postcards, pictures, paintings, videos, movies, art, mandalas, books, writers, poets, artists, candles, aumies, bahais, singers, song-writers, musicians and much more to love."

In other words, I am soooooooooo glad I had that direct experience of truth in which I knew myself to be Love itself - the complete, total recognition, an absolute knowing, that I am Love. Not theoretical, but truly.

Which gets me to the very next paragraph in the book:

"The personality draws a small circle, and from within its self-focused circumference, keeps trying to have all its needs met, becoming frustrated and self-righteous when they're not. The soul, however draws a huge circle that includes everything and everyone, a circle with a circumference so huge that it embraces all opposites. The personality blames, judges, tosses aside, casts out, and plays the victim, while the soul says, "There is a bigger agenda here, a larger frame, an infinitely more complex picture. Stand back and behold it all. See how every one of the pieces fit." "
