I'd say, whatever problems you have, take it to God's Comforter, your Higher Inner Guidance, by simply saying, "This need not be. This is not real. I be still and listen to the Voice of God."
And then be still.
Yes, it's that simple.

Since my experiences with the Oneness meditation, which I will talk about at some point in time, I have noticed that I look at people differently just after the meditation, when I see them as they really are......which is different from my normal way of looking.....
When I look at people normally, it's like I am almost literally just looking at their past.......or their future or both - like if I were to look at someone and access that he is an old white guy with grey hair. who likes groovy music....really, it really is just their bodies, their past, their personalities, it's not really who they really are.....I am not sure I know how to articulate this actually.
But there is something utterly, utterly, beautiful....about seeing some one as he or she really is.......

I have noticed that I hug people differently. I don't hug too long, that is, they don't last as long as they used to, and I don't squeeze, I leave a little space in between, and yet, my hugs are more powerful, more affectionate, more loving.......They're more like short energetic hugs, pulses of loving energy being given.....and it's more fun and enjoyable too, for both me and the person I hug!

You Sit here quietly, saying,
"Something strange is going on."
The only thing strange is that
Your Best Friend is a stranger.

If someone asks,
"What does perfect beauty look like?"
Show him your own face and say,
LIKE THIS.
If someone asks,
"What does an angel's wing look like?" - smile.
If he asks about divine fragrance,
Pull him close, his face in your hair,
LIKE THIS.
If someone asks,
"How did Jesus bring the dead back to life?" -
Don't say a word -
just kiss him softly on the cheek,
LIKE THIS.
If someone asks,
"How does it feel to be slain by love?"
Close your eyes and tear open your shirt,
LIKE THIS.
If someone asks about my stature,
Stare into space with your eyes wide open,
LIKE THIS.

For the past 8 weeks, I have been a vigilant student of The Other Voice, channelled by Brent Haskell, given to him by Joshua, and in it is the simplest, most effective prayer I have ever known - that, and the I am that I am meditation are the only two spiritual practices I have been doing.
Whenever I feel any lack, fear, conflict, separation, anger, from the largest threat imaginable to the smallest sigh of tiredness,
I simply say silently, "This need not be. This is not real. I be still and listen to the Voice of God."
And then I be still. And the Holy Spirit sings to me the Song of Who I Really Am. And because of the work I do with my prayer partner - that is, the Oneness I am that I am breathing chant/meditation, and the experiences I have had as a result, I know that this song is true.

On New Year's Night, 2007, I wrote a letter to myself at Unity Church New Year's Eve Service, which I gave to the Church staff, which they will send to me at the end of this year, December, 2008.
I don't even remember what I wrote any more.
I am excited to read it when I get it!
:) :)
Yay!

I once wrote a poem, Why We Love, which is probably my best poem, in which I said that it is impossible to hug myself. I now realize that, actually, I can.
:):):)
And MAN! It feels soooooooooooooooooooo goood!
:) :) ;)
I still would not change a word of that poem of course.
I think it was Oppenheimer who said that the opposite of a great truth is also true.
